my employer was kind enough to grant me two days off this week in order to observe  my natality. there are no questions, i would definitely take my leave of absence. usually, during this time of the year, i prefer leaving the city and spending it somewhere far from home (contrary to the belief that one should not be travelling for he may be prone to fatal accidents). this year though, in a span of four days, the universe has been sending me signals (strong ones) that i should be more wiser, stay put somewhere nearby and hang on to what i have, instead of going nuts and splurging as i would normally do. [in a way, they are also MIXED signals because these crappy events are also one's cue to take a vacay and go nuts with the booze!]

will i pay attention and adhere? stubborness never did me any good, (and yes, i say these words with conviction hehe), so what will happen is i’ll be nearby and mindful of my activities during these times. it’ll also be cool to reconnect with peeps i haven’t seen for awhile. it’s been awhile since i’ve been with familiar faces so i guess that’s a good thing.
